Dr Roger Voyle

Before joining Terra Rossa Capital, Roger worked closely with Adelaide bioscience companies at Bio Innovation SA, providing business development advice. Prior to this, Roger worked in roles concerned with patents, licensing and technology evaluation at the Swiss biopharmaceutical company Serono SA (subsequently acquired by Merck KGaA). Assisting Serono’s Chief Intellectual Property Counsel, Roger became involved in monitoring the company’s internal and external R&D efforts and in supporting major litigation and transactional activities - including the eventual sale of the company.

Roger holds a PhD and B.Sc(Hons) in biochemistry (University of Adelaide), has completed post-doctoral studies in immunology (Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research, Lausanne), and post-graduate studies in intellectual property law (University of Technology Sydney).
